TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT, PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM

You can find the required details for filling out the form:

• For bank payments: on your bank account statement, in the payment description. (123456-T-1234)
• For payments made via foreign banks, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, or Google Pay: in the payment confirmation email sent by Maksekeskus AS, which contains the Ticketer order details.

Conditions for contract withdrawal:

• All tickets associated with the order will automatically become invalid after submitting the request.
• Applications will be processed within up to 14 calendar days from the date of the event-related changes being announced.
• Refunds will be issued only to the payment method used for the original purchase, within up to 7 calendar daysafter the application processing deadline.
• The time it takes for the refunded amount to be credited depends on the payment method (typically 2-10 banking days).
• Tickets associated with the order cannot be exchanged for tickets to another event or for gift cards.
